It is with great pleasure I announce that in the winter of 2019 Burquitlam Funeral Home will be relocating from our 625 North Road location to a modern, state of the art facility at 3033 Gordon Avenue in Coquitlam.
The new location will be close to the Coquitlam Centre mall as well as Skytrain and West Coast Express stations. I am currently finalizing the plans for the new buildings with the City of Coquitlam and plan to begin construction in early 2019.
Please be assured I have not sold the business and Burquitlam Funeral Home will remain Coquitlam's only family owned and operated full service funeral home. The McCormick family will continue to serve the Tri-Cities for many more years to come.
I would like to express my continued gratitude and sincere thanks for all the support and cooperation the community has given us over these past 53 years. I look forward to a continued and prosperous relationship with our families, suppliers, and partners in funeral service, and wish everyone the best in the coming year.
