St. Clare of Assisi Parish Centre

This contemporary hall is situated on the corner of Johnson Street and Delahaye, and from there, on a clear sunny morning, the glorious view of the City is superseded only by the majesty of Mount Baker in Washington State, resplendent in its year-round covering of snow. It belongs to the St Clare of Assisi Parish which is a young parish – just 17 years old in 2016.


They offer a beautiful hall with stunning vaulted ceiling and polished cement floors for a modern but elegant feel. Suitable for memorials, viewings & funerals. The rentals fees include:

  • 3 hours of use
  • Banquet style seating for 120 guests OR theatre style seating for 200 guests
  • Setup and take down of hall and all janitorial needs
  • AV Equipment: microphone, music & slide show capabilities
  • SOCAN fees

The Vancouver Golf Club

The Vancouver Golf Club is widely recognized as one of the finest private golf clubs in the Pacific Northwest. It is known, among other things, for its excellent service, creative dining, and friendly people.


Situated in the heart of Coquitlam, The Vancouver Golf Club offers a private club atmosphere in a spectacular setting. Various room configurations are available and we can work with you to ensure the décor and ambiance of our facility are uniquely yours.

  • The Coquitlam Room: The largest room available, suitable for up to 190 people. It features a fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a large private patio overlooking the golf course and the Burnaby skyline.
  • The Fireside Room: suitable for up to 60 people seated. It has a beautiful fireplace, hardwood floors, and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the Burnaby skyline.
  • The Deckside Room: consists of half our large banquet room. It's suitable for up to 60 for dinner. It has floor-to-ceiling windows and opens onto our large patio with a spectacular view of the course and the Burnaby skyline.
  • The President's Lounge: The most intimate room. It seats up to 32 people and includes a covered patio overlooking the first tee, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a cozy fireplace.

While you do not need to be a member of the Vancouver Golf Club to hold an event, all member codes of conduct and dress code must be adhered to by guests.
